BASEMENT BUILDOUT

A new home owner saw the potential for the open space that existed in the basement of this 1940s home. Needing to add a bedroom we came up with a concept that almost doubles their home footprint with plenty of closet space and cabinet built ins. The extra light from the bedroom egress window changes the atmosphere from the cold, dark days before.
