GATHERING PLACE

A family of 4 was looking for an expansion that allows for more space to gather together in the beacon of this 1940s home. Removing the load bearing wall, reframing with some new beams ( exposed and hidden), adding an array of storage, tile, resurfacing these beautiful oak floors, brings attention to the island they all share in the afternoons to reminisce the days stories.
